Unattractive for sale home boards
We have recently bought a new house and the for sale home board is still up outside our house, two weeks after we have moved in.
It looks really unsightly, and we are thinking we may just take it down ourselves this weekend, and ring the estate agents to come and pick it up.
The house we have bought is fantastic - yes it needs a bit of superficial work doing to it, like painting the walls in most of the rooms, and bringing in all new furniture- but it is going to look great.
We are hoping to go shopping for furniture this weekend, we want everything new so that it all matches and makes the house feel like a home.
Find the best new home for you
Finding a new home is an extremley timely and stressful process, and can be very frustrating if you have to look at lots of houses, none of which tick all the boxes that you require.
It is important to stay calm and keep checking your checklist of the most important things that yu want from a house. Also don't be shy about looking further afield than what you had orginally considered, it is sometimes the case that you won't find the perfect location, but you may well find the perfect house. Also it is easy to deal with location, but not to deal with a house that isn't quite right.
